...of the guys i'm gonna wright about.

so let me explain. there is an (alas, Russian-only) novel "The Bedrograd Plague" (which is to be found here: [link]). it's partly absurd, partly political, partly dystopian, partly action, partly soft social sci-fi. or not. what it definitely is is extremely psychological, and be that i mean that a lot of characters has an awful lot of thoughts.

which can be hard for readers. so how do you (as an author) help tell them apart? obviously, you draw them (and not just cast-style, although that also must be done, see: [link]). you draw the narrator of every chapter trying to convey its (and their) mood.

since the novel is now fully published online, i feel free to upload all those illustrations (the upper and the lower are for the prologue and for thr epilogue respectively). full view is strongly recommended.

положим, мы с соавтором написали роман: [link] он отчасти про абсурд, отчасти про политику, отчасти (закономерно) антиутопический, отчасти экшн, отчасти просто трёп, но определённо — прости леший, психологический. что на практике означает примерно следующее: стопицот персонажей думаю стопицоттыщ мыслей.

это может быть трудно читать. как помочь читателям? очевидно, нарисовать их всех! причём не только в виде каста, а — рассказчика каждой главы с подходящим для неё настроением.

раз уж вчера мы довыложили «Чуму», сегодня можно показать все картиночки к главам скопом. советую смотреть в большом варианте.
